Established in 1992 by privatization of the Service Division of a big chemical company,
ZOMAplast Prerov has gone ahead in manufacturing of equipment for technochemistry.
It follows up a nearly 40 years? tradition of processing constructional plastics.
The company, originally focused on piping works, has been involved in manufacturing
vessels.
Since the revolution in the early 1990s when the new technologies has gradually got
to the Czech Republic, the company has spread manufacturing programme as well as the
capacity of production. In addition to Chemical, Pharmaceutical industries, Steel
Works (pickling lines) and Power Stations (water preparing plants) became our customers.
The manufacturer has become a supplier of plants.
The only Central European manufacturer of Spiral Wound big diameter tubes for especially
All Thermoplastics tanks and process vessels.
We provide entire line within the supply of complete industrial plant: a project,
design, technical and drawing documentation, manufacturing, field mounting and activation
of the plant at customers.
We have created a solid base of products and assemblies by long term observing of
our products in process condition. We offer equipment with long life, evidenced by
reputable standard, accredited design and "historical" reference.
In 1999 ZOMAplast bought stocks of the Machine works PRECHEZA and estabilished
daughter company PREST Prerov a.s. that turned their focus on equipment for
chemical industry.
